1981 Toterhome with 48ft Trailer for Sale

You are viewing a 1981 GMC Brigadier Toterhome with a 1996 48ft Timberwolfe trailer that includes living quarters. This unit can comfortably sleep 8-9 people. When purchased tow years ago it had been remodeled inside with a new couch, TV/DVD stand, new carpet and bed cushions. It has a 3208 Cat Diesel engine with a 5 Speed Transmission and a 2 Speed rear end. The truck has recently been inspected by a local service center in addition to changing all of the fluids. The alternator and starter have been rebuilt in the past year and new batteries were purchased at the same time. The truck is completely operational with a rooftop AC/Heating unit. The truck has a generator which needs to be removed, serviced and put back in with a new exhaust and mounts. It has air brakes, an air bag for the rear suspension and an excellent running engine.
The trailer is a 1996 Timberwolfe which has living quarters.It has a Refrigerator/Freezer, Ice Maker, Toilet, Shower, 2 Sinks, Propane Heater, TV, endless cabinets and storage and Rooftop AC/Heat. The trailer has a 25ft Cargo area in the back with 110 fluorescent lighting. It is a triple axle trailer, with the 8 lug heavy-duty rubber axles and electric jacks. The Generator is a gas, 7000 watt Ohnan with a 30 gallon fuel tank. The front access door for the propane/electric jacks had been damaged prior to owning it. It now just has a gouge in the frame of the door and the door is a little rippled and scuffed.
This rig has traveled from North Carolina to Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Maryland and Tennessee. It has 93519 miles on the speedometer and has traveled well across the coast.
Vehicle is titled as a motorhome so no CDL is required in order to drive.
